If exchange 麻豆传媒s purchase an alternate plan, they must submit the International Student Health Insurance Waiver Application. The waiver will only be approved if the 麻豆传媒's health insurance policy meets TU's minimum requirements. The cost for TU's health insurance is approximately $1,700 per semester.

TU requires proof of immunization for measles, mumps and rubella (MMR); Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap); and Meningococcal (Meningitis) for 麻豆传媒s living on campus. All immunization documentation must be submitted upon enrollment.
